Sweeping change hits Cleveland: GM Chris Grant is gone

The Cavs have tried just about everything to rebuild in the wake of LeBron James leaving town but nothing has stuck. Absolutely nothing. To paraphrase our own Mike Dyer, their roster is riddled with talent. They have an absolute superstar in Kyrie Irving, an All-Star in Luol Deng, solid role players in Anderson Verejao, Jarrett Jack, Earl Clark, and young talent in Dion Waiters, Tristan Thompson, Tyler Zeller, and Anthony Bennett.

They just cannot put it together and haven't been able to do for some time. Change has to start from the top, which is what this move is.

There are unconfirmed rumors that head coach Mike Brown is on his way out as well.
