Jordan Crawford named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week
Jordan Crawford, who has been on a tear lately (much to the chagrin of Bill Simmons), was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week:
Congrats to @jcraw55 on being the Eastern Conference Player of the Week! Very well deserved. I've enjoyed watching him torch C's opponents

Crawford has led the C's in scoring this past week, racking up 25 points against the Bucks on 12/3, 22 points against the Nuggets on 12/6, and 23 points against the Knicks yesterday. The Celtics are now on a 3 game win streak.
According to ESPN Boston, Crawford beat out Detroit’s Andre Drummond and Brandon Jennings and Indiana’s Paul George for this week's Eastern Conference honors.
And now some fun reactions to this announcement from the Twitter universe:
You guys laugh, but I can make a reasonable case to consider Jordan Crawford for the All-Star game.

Math: Jordan Crawford + East Player of the Week = Brad Stevens + Coach of the Year.

We live in a world where Jordan Crawford is playing better basketball than Kyrie Irving. This world is both amazing and cruel.

Jordan Crawford is the Eastern Conference Player of the Week. I can die in peace.
