Report: Celtics to sign Brazilian big man Vitor Faverani

Hoopshype is reporting that the Celtics will sign Brazilian big man Vitor Faverani.

Sources have confirmed to TUBASKET.com that the deal is almost done and Vitor Faverani will sign with the Boston Celtics.
There are still some details to deal with but the general agreement is there: a two-year contract with one more optional season.

Worth waiting to see more confirmation on this report. Earlier today the Celtics lost out on Italian sharpshooter Gigi Datome who signed a very reasonable 2 year, $3.5 million deal with the Pistons.
