UPDATE: Rajon Rondo has torn ACL
The Boston Herald's Mark Murphy reported that a Celtics source thinks Rajon Rondo might have torn his ACL:
Celtics source says Rondo may have torn ACL - getting MRI for it now at New England Baptist.

This seems like pure speculation at this point, but hopefully the MRI will just show a hyperextension, as previously posted.
During ABC's halftime show, reporters addressed the social media buzz about Rondo's potential ACL tear, and said that the Celtics have not reported any confirmation of an ACL tear. So this is potentially good news for Celtics fans. An injury is never good, but a torn ACL would be pretty devastating.
UPDATE: Doris Burke from ABC/ESPN confirmed Rondo's ACL tear on national TV, and he will be out indefinitely. Bad news for Celtics fans.
As Doris Burke reported, Rajon Rondo has torn the ACL in his right knee and will be lost for the season. Celtics are scheduling surgery.
