Ray Allen likely gone?

So far I've heard that the Grizzlies are going to offer the full MLE to Ray and that the Heat will offer $3 million per. The Suns are either interested or not depending on who you talk to. I'm sure at least a half dozen other teams are also after Ray. Begs the question why couldn't Danny get a trade completed at the deadline? Also begs the question of if the Celtics offered a no-trade clause to Ray would he re-sign?
