Shaq: Rondo is the "best point guard in the game," should be an All-Star
During Thursday night's TNT pre-game show, the 2012 NBA All-Star reserves were announced. Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo was not among them, despite being 3rd in the fan voting behind starting guards Derrick Rose and Dwyane Wade.
At 4:47 in the video above, former Celtic Shaquille O'Neal argued that Rondo deserved to be an All-Star and claimed that Rajon is the "best point guard in the game." Obviously the NBA coaches that voted on the reserves didn't agree with Shaq, and it appears as though Rondo's injury affected the coaches' selection of reserves.
Do you feel like Rondo was snubbed? Should Pierce be the lone Celtic on the 2012 All-Star team? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
