Celtics beat depleted Nets for 4th straight win

The Celtics shook off a lackluster first half blowing out the Nets 89-70 in Boston .  New Jersey was without  Brook Lopez and Deron Williams yet hung with the Celtics in the first half. Boston took control in the 3rd quarter and never looked back in a blow out win.

Paul Pierce led the Celtics with 24 points. In Ray Allen's absence Avery Bradley stepped in nicely with 11 points and some "harassing" defense on the Nets point guards. If he continues to play like this he could be an asset off the bench for us especially against teams like the Bulls.

Brandon Bass continued his strong play with 15 points and 13 rebounds. I don't think he's missed an open 15 footer all year. He could be the best open shot mid range shooter since Kurt Thomas. Garnett had a nice double double and Rondo had his usual double digit assist game with 12 dimes.

Overall a good win for the Celtics. They did what they should do against an inferior team at home. Next is a tough test against the Pacers on Friday night.
