Irving scores 21 and Hayward looks great but it's not enough for the Raptors (videos)

Kyrie Irving scored 21 points to go with four rebounds and six assists but the Celtics lost to the Raptors in the first battle of the East. Toronto won after making 10-0 run down the stretch as Boston couldn't hold up. But at least Kyrie played much better than in season opener and Gordon Hayward played really nice game. 28-year-old got 14 points, seven boards and two assists as he's finding more and more rythm to his game.

Three other Celtics starters finished in double-figures as well. Jayson Tatum went for 16 points and nine boards on the night but had some tough time in the fourth quarter. Al Horford missed a triple-double by one assist, posting 14 points, 10 rebounds and nine dimes while Jaylen Brown added 13 points on his own. Boston will be looking to bounce back tonight as they play second game of back-to-back in New York against the Knicks.
