Jabari Bird to remain in the hospital, court date delayed
Whatever is going on with Jabari Bird, it's not any clearer, really, than when the news broke.
What we do know now is that he will be remaining in the hospital for now, and the court date he was to have today to be delayed as much as 24 hours, if not longer.
Massachusetts has fairly strict guidelines for releasing information concerning domestic violence, which local police are citing when asked for more details, according to Boston.com. Once he's cleared by hospital medical staff, he'll be booked and taken to the local court for a preliminary hearing.
