Watch: Daniel Theis on his recovery, and hunting banners in 2018-19

If Daniel Theis learned anything this postseason, it's that watching your team win without you isn't easy.

The German big man, who missed the entire 2018 NBA Playoffs after tearing his meniscus while playing against the Indiana Pacers last March, is very ready to embark on the 2018-19 campaign after watching how good his team has been without him - to say nothing of Gordon Hayward or Kyrie Irving.

Making progress towards running on-court, and not that far off from resuming full basketball activities, Vanilla Theis plans to stop (being injured), collaborate (on a title run) and listen (to coach Brad Stevens' wizardry).

I'll spare you from more of that nineties-pop-hit-inspired sports writing, but if you want to hear more about how Daniel's recovery is going, and how he sees his role on a healthy, contending Boston Celtics squad, be sure to watch the video below.
