Where does Boston rank the among top win percentages of the last 10 years?

Leading Sports Media covered a topic on which NBA teams have the highest win percentage from the last 10 years.

The upcoming season (2017-18) places the start of the period in question at the 2006-07 season, the year before Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett came to the team. Since then, only the San Antonio Spurs have won a higher percentage of regular-season games.

During the 10 year tenure, the five teams have combined; 41 playoff appearances, six NBA Finals appearances, a total of seven championships, and 10 Finals appearances. The Houston Rockets are the only team on the list to not have a championship or a Finals appearance.

ESPN's preseason BPI rankings have Boston following the Warriors, Spurs and Rockets in odds of winning the Championship. Can Boston remain in the top-five winning percentage with such stiff competition from perennial opponents if they stumble early? Or should we stay focused on Banner 18, even if the odds are stacked against the team?
