Around the NBA 11/23: Things Celtics fans should know from this weekend

This weekend saw the Celtics move into third place following a tough loss to the woeful Nets, as well as 24 other NBA teams in action.  Here are things you should know:

2016 DRAFT PICK WATCH

1. The Nets took the second of a home-and-home with the Celtics last night.  They are now 3-11.  The Celtics own the Brooklyn Nets 2016 first-round draft pick.

2. The Timberwolves did not play this weekend.  They remain 5-8 on the season.  Minnesota will convey their first-round pick to the Celtics only if it falls between 13-30.  If Minnesota's pick falls between 1-12, they will instead convey their second-round picks in 2016 and 2017.

3. The Mavericks lost a close one to the Thunder last night 117-114.  They are now 9-5.  Dallas will convey their first-round pick to the Celtics only if it falls between 8-30.  If Dallas' pick falls between 1-7, the conditional 2016 pick will become a 2017 first-round pick with the same conditions.
