Thunder hang out but don't invite Perk; Perk gets angry (also uses his name in the 3rd person)

As if we needed any more proof that Kendrick Perkins is permanently stuck in scowl mode, the big man gave us some earlier this week.

A few days ago, a whole bunch of Perk's Thunder teammates hung out (including Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook). Back-up center Hasheem Thabeet Instagrammed this pic of the group (not sure what filter he used though).

Side note: Jesus, Durant, you're the second best player on the planet -- would it kill you to not look like your dog just died?

So anyway, not a big deal, a bunch of Thunder players hung out, who cares? Well, Perk cared that he wasn't invited.

Check out the comment he left on Thabeet's picture. (hat tip to deadspin for this)

For some reason I found this absolutely hilarious. Perk clearly very upset by not getting the invite, and deciding that leaving a comment on the picture, while referring to himself in the 3rd person, was the best course of action. Something you'd be more likely to see happen on facebook -- if you happened to be facebook friends with a bunch of high school girls.

But I also find this endearing. Perk is a walking, talking, basketball playing scowl. That's what he does. He scowls on the court, in the locker room, and apparently, on instagram. You can call Perk a lot of things - but you can't call him inconsistent.

And yea, I know he may have been 100% joking. But it's funnier to imagine he wasn't.
