Why is Chicago Police in charge of protecting LeBron James?
If LeBron James wants to take a stroll/flop down Michigan Avenue, why do Chicago taxpayers need to foot the bill for his security? Yes there are fanatics in every city that might do something crazy, but again if LeBron wants to walk down the busiest city in Chicago he should be paying for his own security. Let the taxpayers' money go to Chicago schools or fighting crime.
By the way here's what LeBron had to say about accusations that he flops (brought up again after he flew 30 feet after Nazr Mohammed's shove the other night):
"I don’t need to flop. I play an aggressive game but I don’t flop. I’ve never been one of those guys. I don’t need to flop. I don’t even know how to do it. So it doesn’t mean much to me.”
At least LeBron doesn't dress like this guy
One thing I agree with Lebron is that he doesn't need to flop. Why would he when he gets the biggest star treatment from the refs in the whole NBA by far?
