Keyon Dooling signs with Memphis Grizzlies
If it's not news already then consider it so: Grizzlies have signed Keyon Dooling, who'd suffered nervous breakdown, 4 remainder of season.

Dooling is eligible for the playoffs. Grizz needed playmaking relief 4 Conley in that Bayless has become predominantly 2-guard

It was rumored in January that Dooling might return to the Celtics after Rajon Rondo went down with a season ending injury, but Dooling took to Twitter to announce in a tweet to us that he wouldn't be returning this year on January 30th:
Hey everyone thank you for all the love and support that you guys give me daily.FYI I won't be returning this season #StayTuned @celticslife

It wasn't clear at the time if Dooling offered to come back and the Celtics declined or that the Celtics asked Dooling to come back and he declined. Regardless, Dooling will be playing and flexing for the Grizzlies these final few weeks of the season and throughout the playoffs. We wish Keyon the best of luck.
Update: It appears that the Celtics and Dooling mutually wanted his return to be with the Celtics, but it wasn't allowed financially due to his buyout with the team prior to the season:
Doc on Keyon Dooling singing with Memphis; “we wanted to [sign him] but couldn’t because of the buyout. He would have been with us."
