Video: Kevin Garnett-Carmelo Anthony screaming match

This saga has been well documented all over the net. Kevin Garnett was trash talking Carmelo on the court during the Celtics 102-96 win over New York. Garnett apparently said that Melo's wife tasted like Honey Nut Cheerios.

Well here's the video of a confrontation between Carmelo and Garnett from after the game. We didn't hear much about this one, just that Melo was waiting by the team bus. Apparently this happened right in front of said bus.

The thing that's so ridiculous is, why would you get so upset over someone saying your wife tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios? I get that "You don't talk about someone's family". But seriously, Honey Nut Cheerios?! I think everyone's overlooking those three words. How ridiculous and silly of an "insult". It's like someone calling your wife a poopy head. How does that get you mad? You're going to get mad over "poopy head"? I mean, Honey Nut cheerios?

If someone came up to my girlfriend and said she tasted like Honey Nut Cheerios, I wouldn't get angry, I would laugh. She would too. How is that an insult? It's too absurd to be insulting.

Also, for what it's worth, Kevin Garnett denied that he said that, on facebook:

"I would never say anything about someone's family! I have way to much respect for that! What I said was all basketball related and nothing else!"

Anyway, I think people need to lighten up. Getting angry over Honey Nut Cheerios is just as absurd as being mad at Brent Musburger for stating that Miss Alabama is good looking.
