Sasha Pavlovic added to Courtney Lee sign-and-trade

Last night, Celtics fans held their collective breath as there was news on Twitter that the Courtney Lee deal was liable to fall through. We all remembered what happened last year with David West, and didn't want another nightmare.

Luckily, the deal did go through according to sources, and Courtney will come to Boston. But now it appears that Sasha Pavlovic is also included in the sign-and-trade, along with the original players involved: JaJuan Johnson, E'Twaun Moore, and Sean Williams. The Boston Herald's Steve Bulpett clarifies the scrambling that went down:

Deal originally had NOrl and PHX to facilitate, but that did, indeed, blow up. That's why there was so much scrambling earlier.
