According to Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski, The David West deal is waiting on the NBA. Unlike the previous report that said Jermaine O'Neal and Sasha Pavlovic were the other pieces in the deal, it now looks as though our rookies JaJuan Johnson and E'Twan Moore are being discussed. I really hope we don't lose our rookies, I am really excited to see them in Celtics green.

are u crazy? For David West? Give em those rookies!

  5. Cedric Kante says:

they already get pavlovic and oneal and btw west is an free agent which means that either the get our trade or nothing, just to meantion

  6. jay says:

Keep jajuan hes been compared to a young kg or a Horace grant take that with a grain of salt though. On the other hand we could replace them next year with higher potential versions terrence Ross at the two and henson at the four

  7. keep the rookies trade avery bradly :DD,we dont need more combo guards

David West is an incredible player and with him, we are almost ensured, if not already a Conference Championship win, if everyone is healthy, a championship win but JaJuan is going to do big things in the league, while E'tawn seems really good, especially from his time in the euroleague, he is way more expendable than JaJuan is, especially since JaJuan and KG's styles is so similar and he can learn from KG, therefore prepping Boston even more for the day when the Big 3 leaves or they stay but take on lesser roles

I still would like to keep JO, in an interview on CSNNE, he seems very okay with the fact his name is in trades and taking it in stride but really wants to stay in Boston and win that ring, after so long, i feel he deserves it and he actually is in way better shape than last season. I feel the Celtics know that too and the why maybe the rookies came up

Do it. Imagine D West in Miami or NY? Fuck sorry rookies but we tryna win

  11. shelbyl says:

I would give Moore, but not JaJuan. That kid has potential, and I don't want to see Ainge get him in 4 years by trading a valuable player from our roster, like, you know, what happened last year.

  12. CelticsAvenger says:

@shelbyl i feel the exact same way

we need west give them the rookies who cares is all about winning this season not the next when theres no the big 3 RAY and KG!!!! JUST DO IT!!!!

    win this season............get west....NOW

  15. Anonymous says:

Really would like to keep JJ.

  16. JR says:

What's a shame is that in the CBA that just expired we could tell JO, don't sweat, rest a month and you'll be back in Boston in a month. And you get a trade kicker. But now, we aren't allowed to sign him for a year. He's supposedly in great shape this season and it would be nice to have both him and West.

  17. J says:

    No JaJaun. No way

  18. Anonymous says:

keep the rookies so they can learn under the vets. get rid of sasha and JO. simple as that...oh and give them avery too...etwuan's better and will crack the rotation.

  19. BOCKNOWZ says:

J.O`Neal,J.Johnson, & C.Wilson should go to the N.O. for David West. E.Moore should be apart of the 3 team trade. 3 team trade J.Teague-Boston,Rondo,A.Bradley, & D.Wright-ATL,M.Williams,K.Hinrich,E.Moore, & 1st round pick-Golden State. Chauncey Billups,D`Andre Jordan, & Nick Young should be in Boston by 2morrow. Also Delonte West should beack with the C`s also.

  20. BOCKNOWZ says:

KG & Paul should be calling C.Billups and getting him in Boston.

no way I'd trade two promising rookies, in addition with our starting center for another PF coming off a knee injury, regardless of how skilled West is

  22. Jay says:

You cant trade away 2 rookies that will help you in the future, for a 31 year old 6 months removed from ACL surgery..Those injuries usually require an extra year to get back to form. No thank you, I dont think Ainge would go for that. Waste of a draft.

  23. Athlon Sports Published in College Basketball magazine an article about Jared Sullinger(Current Ohio St center super star for those of you who have been living in a cave the paast two years) In the article they asked him who the most difficult player you have had to guard in college was and the following was his responce: "JaJuan Johnson, He's able to make really difficult shots. Even when I had a hand in his face, he still made shots. There was really noting you could do." Trading away Johnson would be a huge mistake. In a few year I believe he could be a serious pro player.

This has gotten 2 crazy. West is an excellent player, but he is coming of knee surgery and the compressed 66 game schedule does not allow a lot of rest!!!!!! Do not include JaJuan Johnson in the deal. Put AB, The Clippers draft pick and if necessary JO in the deal. JJ is 6'10" athletic and can defend. I believe Green and Bass will ball. Go ahead and sign Delonte and let's get after it. Keep Rondo, move on from the CP3 circus. He does not want to play in Boston.

  25. CharlieYu says:

we need a center plz..and why do we give up two rookies??
