Quantcast

I just saw this photo in a blog post by Ricky Doyle on Yard Barker and thought holy mad cow diseased dung batman; This isn't the Perk I knew and loved. However, good for Perk for taking initiative and finally getting in better shape. He should now be able keep up with the Thunder's uptempo offense. But no matter how good Perk may look now, he will always look better in green.

Perk looks good I hope the Thunder go far this season, they actually have a real team smh

Perk's going to be much better this season, now a year and a half removed from surgery. OKC was smart to lock him up to a long term deal when they got him. Compared to what centers are getting this month, his contract is a steal. Danny should have signed him last Summer to a similar contract. Did he doubt Perk would rehab his knee? Pretty foolish on Ainge's part.

Have you seen big baby?? He looks like he lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle!

To play devil's advocate: do you think Perk would be in such great shape if he were still in Boston? Getting traded from the only place you've known for 8 years can be a hell of a motivational factor.

Congrats to Perkins. I still like to see what kind of impact he will make. I think Ibaka was the best big they had over there. Perkins can't shoot free throws; can't finish around the rim, and has no low post moves, let's not even talk about mid range. Anyways, i think he is a nice guy, but as a player he is way overated by Boston fasns. I still think JG is a better player, and we got a steal with that extra 1st round. Strong work DA!

stop the shit!!! perk is a nice guy and he is big(fat), he isn't eben tall. he is overrated cause he played with HOF'S, before that he didn't do shit!! he has NO game what so ever, he is just good defensibly, but not against the good ones like bynum o dwight. so stop the madness.
we was part of the family but thats it.... marc gasol could eat him alive.
AND IM A DIE HARD CELTIC FAN!

also i think we have the best bench ever since the big 3 era, i think we are in a run for 18, so lets just be positive!!

  11. QD says:

Lol Wally, maybe I'm wrong, but "Kendrick Perkins is renowned as one of the few men in the NBA who can go toe-to-toe with Dwight Howard"... that's a quote that has been reiterated many times before. You may not like the guy, but don't deny his talents.
