I couldn't stand the original "Pump Up the Jam" and this remakes sucks as well, but that's only one person's opinion. Plus this mix has some nice highlights of the 3 Point King.

    NBA playoff leaders 3 pt FG...Ray Allen 32-56 57%!!!

How much longer will Ray play at this level? Father time is closing the window for the big three.

I wish Danny had the balls to say "I should have waited til after the season to deal with Perk."

I'm not saying Perk is a god, just that the core should have been given another run by getting bench help without busting up the chemistry.

We should still be playing and championship level teams aren't easy to come by. That's why I haven't gotten over it.

Wow Thomas that 3pt% is ridiculous! Nice find. I agree with the sentiment that championship teams aren't easy to come by, and I HONESTLY feel that without the trade we would have been the #1 seed (like Doc says) and either be up 2-0 in the ECF or 1-1.

I think we got lucky this past year with the Big 3 in terms of Ray and Pierce basically being healthy throughout the season and KG only having that minor calf injury. Who is to say if they can remain healthy a full season again, but based on this past year they all still are playing at a very high level.

In fact if you put the 2010/2011 Big 3 on last year's team or the 2008/2009 team I believe we win those titles. it's the supporting cast that has held us back. Rondo is fine, but losing Perk was too much. you can't win without a center and with only 4 players. JO isn't as good as Perk. Green isn't as good as Posey was. Or as good as TA.

Danny needed to add something if he was going to keep subtracting. He just struck out a lot. What if he drafts Marc Gasol instead of Pruitt? Or DeAndre Jordan instead of Giddens? Or signs Birdman instead of Patrick O'Bryant. Or signs TA instead of Nate? Or Grant Hill instead of Marquis? Or even a small move like trading for a 2nd rounder Like Chase Budinger to back up Paul? These aren't 20/20 hindsight moves. I was calling for them all at the time.

So credit Danny for the 1 championship, but the Celtics are about more than 1 championship and Danny gets the blame for not getting another out of this historical group.

Love watching Ray Allen drain those 3's. Pump up the Jam would have been better if it was the original. The remake was horrible!!!! Painful to hear it all the way through.

Good points JR. Especially about the big 3 this year. A lot of people were calling it about a 3 year window with them and to get healthy production in the fourth year was kind of a bonus that was disrupted by the midseason shake up.

Danny needs to have made at least 2 of those moves to be called really good at his job.
