ESPN:
Well, there goes that idea. Beasley could've been a decent running-mate for Rondo but it looks like that ship has sailed. At least it seems like TA is going to come back.

"Sources close to the situation told ESPN.com that the Heat have agreed on a trade that will send Beasley to the Minnesota Timberwolves, who can absorb Beasley's contract into their salary-cap space.
Minnesota, according to sources, will complete the trade by sending Miami a second-round pick in 2011. The Wolves and Heat, sources said, have also agreed to swap an unspecified future first-round pick."

t wolves are going to be good
This is a bummer. Could of been had for Rasheed's contract. Still super young and could of given Rondo at least one athletic front court player. Good move by the Wolves.
KHAAAANNNNNN! What's the plan? Add Beasley to the three small forwards acquired on draft day and signing Darko to a 4 year deal!
this is the t wolves we are talking about pretty much our greatest trading partners, we could end up with beasley some how in the end.
I'm sure Khan would take Sheed. And he is shopping Big Al, too.
a #2 overall pick traded for a second round pick, only 2 seasons later. the nba, where salary dumps happen
Let the Timberwolves enjoy Beasley. They sure need some talent.
