So Allen Iverson was just let go by the Grizzlies (link). You're going to still hear rumors about him, maybe even some in Boston. My guess is the C's will have no interest, but if they took a shot on Marbury...  Stranger things have happened and it's very possible that Iverson will miss playing and decide that the bench isn't that bad a gig if it comes with a ring. Iverson seems to play best when he's not surrounded by other scorers, so it's possible that Iverson could be on the court when Ray and Paul rests, but Doc isn't known for his rotation managing. I have always thought that Iverson and KG would jell really well together and thought the Wolves should have acquired Iverson a few years back. With all that said, Iverson has plenty of baggage, so that has to be considered. It would be a situation like Marbury where you weren't investing much, so if he acts up you could always just say "peace" on the spot. Thoughts?

hell no, he's bad luck. he used to be good.... ever now and then he has an okay. If it does happen he better get used to playing off the bench cuz no way is he gunna take Rajon Rondo's spot. Plus Celtics probably wont take him, some team like the the Nets will pick him up.

i like Iverson.. i like Marbury even more.
and as much as i'd like to see either one of them back.. theres no point, they just signed Rondo to a 55 million dollar contract, and they have eddie house as a back up.. sOo i think it would be a waste of money unless their planning on releasing House
