Celtics finish off Cavs to advance to Eastern Conference Finals

The soon to be 38 years old Al Horford turned back the clock and had a monster double double of 22 points and 15 rebounds to lead the Boston Celtics to a 113 to 98 Game 5 win to eliminate the Cleveland Cavaliers and advance to the Eatern Conference Finals.

Horford picked up 5 assists and 3 blocks for good measure. I suppose it's more appropriate to say that Horford co-lead the Celtics as Jayson Tatum finished with a triple double of 25, 10, and 10. The Celtics now await the winner of the Knicks vs Pacers series. New York currently leads that series 3 games to 2.

Al Horford signed w/ Boston in 2016 & the Celtics promptly made it to the Eastern Conference Finals that 1st season. And since then, every season that Horford has been a member of the Celtics (save for that miserable 2019 playoffs) the team has advanced to the ECF. #GetAlHisRing
