The J's Lead the Way as the Celtics Move to 20-0 at Home

The Boston Celtics defeated the San Antonio Spurs 117-98 Wednesday night at TD Garden. Tonight's win takes the Celtics home record to 20-0 on the season, further extending their franchise record for most home wins in a row to open a campaign.

The Celtics built the lead to 25 points by halftime and were able to coast the rest of the way, winning by a comfortable margin.
While Kristaps Porzingis and Derrick White were unable to go tonight, the other 3 usual starters stepped up in their absence.

Jrue Holiday, Jaylen Brown, and Jayson Tatum combined for 67 points in the game, with all 3 scoring at least 21. Jrue matched his season-high for the 2nd straight game, continuing his strong stretch of play with another awesome outside shooting night (6/7 3PT).

The Celtic defense held consecutive opponents under 100 points, showing their defensive prowess once again. The Celtics have now officially reached the halfway point of their regular season, sitting at 32-9.

With the Bucks getting blown out in Cleveland tonight, Boston now holds a 4 game lead over Milwaukee for the #1 seed with 41 games left.

This Celtics team seems to be clicking on every level right now, and the team chemistry is off the charts.

The Celtics next game will be Friday night against the Nuggets at TD Garden. Go Celtics!
