The Jays Combine For 73 Points as the Celtics Cruise in Dallas
The All-NBJays were on full display tonight as the Boston Celtics defeated the Dallas Mavericks 119-110. Boston improved to 6-2 this season on the 2nd night of back-to-backs, the 2nd best record in the league.
This was a dominant performance from JT and JB on both ends of the floor, showing off their abilities as two-way superstars. After struggling to score the past few games, Jayson Tatum more than made up for it tonight, pouring in a game-high 39 points to go along with 11 rebounds. JT managed to get to the line a season-high 19 times, knocking down 15/19 from the charity stripe.
Jaylen Brown was outstanding tonight as well; JB put in 34 points, including a sweet ankle-breaking jumper over the top of Luka Doncic.
Jrue Holiday was the 3rd top scorer for the C's tonight with 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists.
This was a great win for the Celtics against another very talented team on the road. Boston improved to an NBA-best 14-9 on the road this year with the win in Dallas. The Jays tonight:
