Boston Holds Off Toronto For Their 5th Straight Win

The Boston Celtics found a way to win in Toronto Friday night, defeating the Raptors 108-105 in a relatively low-scoring battle. It was far from the best performance we've seen out of the Celtics this year, but it was just enough to get the job done for their 5th consecutive victory.
Jaylen Brown led the way for the C's, pouring in 23 points on 9/14 shooting while adding some stellar defense. However, nobody hit a bigger shot than Derrick White on Friday night inside Scotiabank Arena, a huge 3 that put Boston up for good with 27 seconds left on the clock.
This team is really starting to open my eyes, yet another game that felt like it would've been a loss in previous years results in a crunch-time win. Despite JT having an off night and the team giving away a 16-point halftime lead, the guys were able to rally together and get the job done in a challenging road environment.

With the win, Boston moves to 10-2 on the season and still has sole possession of 1st place in the Eastern Conference. The Celtics next game will be Sunday night in Memphis at 8PM ET.
