Celtics broadcasts will never be the same as Mike Gorman says this season will be his last
If the team can somehow win the title this year, that would be a story book ending for Gorman on the job. But I don't care who the team replaces Gorman with, it will never be the same without him calling the games. He's to the Celtics what Joe Castiglione is to the Red Sox. At least for me that is. The voice of the team in my childhood, away in college, and my adulthood.
Wishing Mike a fantastic final season, and great health and happiness moving forward.
He temporarily went blind. Now he's back in the booth.
