Bill Simmons, along with Joe House and Wosny Lambre take turns drafting the worst contracts in the NBA. A Celtics player actually makes the lost late in the draft when House picks Marcus Smart. When asked for his thoughts, Simmons adds that the Celtics are better off currently when Smart is not on the floor due to his physical injuries/limitations.
