Tatum and Brown make Celtics history

In Tuesday night's 132-109 victory over the Sacramento Kings, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown entered themselves into the Celtics record book. With Tatum recording 36 points and Brown scoring 27, the duo produced their 66th game together where both players scored 25-plus. In doing so, they passed Celtics legends John Havlicek and JoJo White for the most such games in the history of the franchise. On a record breaking night, JT also tied Larry Bird's single-season record for the most 30-point games by a Celtic with his 39th such game this year.

Tatum is seeking to become the first Celtic to ever average 30 points per game for the entire season and with 9 games left, he sits at 30.1 ppg. Barring injury, Jayson should be able to set both of these records and with him just turning 25 years old, there should be more records to come in the future.
