Kevin Durant claims trade requests are "great for the league"
If by "league" he means superstar players like himself then sure. But trade requests/demands are not great for the fans, front offices, coaches, or your teammates.Suns’ Kevin Durant says trade requests are “great for the league” despite criticism: “Teams have been trading players and making acquisitions for a long time. Now a player can dictate where he wants to go, leave in free agency or demand a trade, it’s just part of the game now.” pic.twitter.com/zyzphfrp2f

Unsurprisingly Durant's former teammate Kyrie Irving agreed with his sentiment and had the following to say:
“When did it become terrible to make great business decisions for yourself, your happiness and your peace of mind? Not every employer you’re going to get along with.”
