Perkins: Celtics put handcuffs on Warriors in 4th quarter limiting them to 16 points

Kendrick Perkins had a whole get up on this morning on First Take saying that the Celtics defense in the 4th quarter clamped down on the Warriors sending Golden State players away in cuffs to a re-opened Alcatraz.
