Video: Steph Curry interviews Dr. Fauci
Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and the lead doctor for the White House's response to the coronavirus, took some time to chat with NBA star Steph Curry today. In the above video Steph Curry asks Dr. Fauci how the coronavirus differs from the flu. And in the video below Dr. Fauci explains the importance of social distancing to Steph Curry.
You might ask why is Curry interviewing Dr. Fauci, but as I'm sure you've seen on the news or read about, a lot of young people are still not taking the coronavirus seriously and aren't social distancing. So here was an opportunity to hopefully reach some of that group and others. I'm sure talking with Curry was a nice break for Dr. Fauci after all the White House pressers.
Considering the coronavirus originated in China and their population is over four times the United States, the fact that the U.S. now has more cases than China is not the best look for America and its efforts on this.
