Take a deep sigh of relief because Jayson Tatum will be back sooner than later

After Jayson Tatum rolled his ankle in a game for Team USA on September 3rd, Boston Celtics and NBA fans cringed. All we want is for the USA to prove its dominance in basketball yet again, but more importantly, we want everyone to come back stateside healthy.

Luckily, the reports are positive in less than a week after the ankle sprain. According to Stadium’s Shams Charania, there is a “strong chance” that Tatum plays in Wednesday’s game against France.

My initial feeling was to wrap him in bubble wrap and ship him home when the news of the injury broke. But on the other hand, considering I have no control of the situation, the fact that he is going to play in a game this week proves that the ankle is nothing to worry about. If there was any chance to put him in jeopardy, he obviously would not play.

What do you all think?

Wheelchair until Celtics training camp.

Screw it; it sounds like nothing serious; let it fly.
