23 years is a long time. Maxwell essentially his echoing the feelings of a lot of fans. Yes we rooted for this Celtics team, but they didn't bring the joy other teams did cheering them on. And at times they were almost painful to watch.

Maxwell also said he thinks Kyrie Irving will sign with the Lakers.
