Celtics Terry Rozier didn't go too high in the 2015 draft - he went too low
Remember the 2015 NBA draft? Karl-Anthony Towns was the prize as the number one pick, followed by D'Angelo Russell, Jahlil Okafor and Kristaps Porzingis. Miles Turner went 11th and Devin Booker was picked 13th. The Boston Celtics took Terry Rozier with the 16th pick and took some flak for their choice.
Terry Rozier -first major surprise of the draft in terms of a guy rocketing up and being selected way ahead of projections. Very interesting

Told the Celtics do not yet have a deal in place -- but Rozier pick adds yet another mediocre-shooting guard. Strange move by Ainge.

Well guess what - that "strange move by Ainge" choosing the "mediocre-shooting guard" (remember this is ESPN!) is working out just fine. He is in his third season with Boston and is on a hot shooting streak over the past 13 games.
Terry Rozier's scored in double-figures each of his last dozen games, a new career-high. He's averaging 15.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.1 assists during that run, while shooting 42.4% from the field and 46.3% from distance. #Celtics #LockedIn

I am about to do a remake of the 2015 draft. Towns goes first - Porzingas second - Booker third - Turner fourth - Rozier fifth. Some might argue for Russell to go before Terry, but I won't. Take a look at the draft and give your own feedback.
Rozier has been stepping up lately and it doesn't look like he's stopping any time soon. pic.twitter.com/RrYio2hlaV

This is what Boston.com's Chris Greenberg had to say about Boston choosing Terry:
He’s a favorite of Danny’s,’’ Celtics coach Brad Stevens said of Rozier, via the team’s official Twitter account. “We think he’s a really special talent. I’m excited about Terry. You’ll enjoy watching him.
T-Ro is "special" and enjoyable to watch. Damn good choice with a middle-of-the-first-round pick!
