Video: Cavs have more to lose if Isaiah Thomas trade is voided
We've been saying it all along, but it's good to hear our opinions at CelticsLife echoed at the national level when it comes to the chaos generated by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Kyrie Irving trade.
Of course, that's not to say the Boston Celtics aren't going to feel a sting here too, but the end result of having to take back their own players is going to be much more difficult for Cleveland. And while I don't agree with Steven A. Smith's assessment of Irving's situation with the Cavs, he's right there's no chance of more than a late first or second-round pick at the very most, and that Boston can make moves to fix the situation, while teams will be afraid to deal with the Cavs after this week's events.
