Fultz OUT for Summer League rematch with Cs, but OK (video)

For those of us hoping for a rematch between Jayson Tatum and Markelle Fultz to close out the Boston Celtics' Summer League schedule, I hate to disappoint, but it will have to wait until the regular season.



Fultz injured his ankle crashing into Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot in their match against the Golden State Warriors Summer League squad Saturday night, but were lucky enough to escape serious injury. Fultz, diagnosed with a high ankle sprain, is out for the matchup against the Celtics on the 11th. Don't worry, though - there will be plenty more opportunities to see Markelle battle Jayson soon enough.

Markelle Fultz has been diagnosed by doctors here with an ankle sprain and will be treated accordingly.
