I.T. gets 19, Brown adds 16, Horford and Smart both with 14 as Celtics beat the Knicks (videos)

Isaiah Thomas scored team-high 19 points to go with six assists as he played just 24 minutes in Celtics blowout win over New York Knicks. Thomas did his damage in the first half, posting quick 13 points. Celtics never trailed on Sunday and became firt team in the East to win 50th game this season!

Jaylen Brown got another start in place of Avery Bradley and responded with a solid night, finishing with 16 points on 5/6 shooting. Rookie hit some 3-pointers and got to dunk a little bit more against this bad Knicks defense. Great to see Jaylen flying high and getting important minutes just before the start of the playoffs.

Al Horford posted solid line of 14 points and seven rebounds, adding some more dunks to a dunkfest the Celtics had in MSG. Big Al had another big throw-down on Kristaps Porzingis which will look great next to his Christmas Day's dunk over Knicks' center.

Marcus Smart also got 14 points on the night, adding five assists and some great passes. Smart made over 50 percent of his shots for the first time in a very long time so let's just hope he can build off this performance, especially that there was some tough mades for him. He was team-high +23 in the game.

Kelly Olynyk chipped in with 12 points, four rebounds, two dimes and two blocks for the Celtics, being one of six Boston players in double-digits. Solid all-around game for Kelly who did this all in just 19 minutes of play.

Terry Rozier was another Celtics bench player with a very nice game as he got 12 points, four assists and three steals. He looked very good as a playmaker and scorer from that point guard positon and hopefully it will carry on to the playoffs. His and-one play really hyped Isaiah Thomas up!
