The Celtics demolish the Magic 128-98

No Al Horford? No problem, as Boston easily beat Orlando 128-98.

Horford missed the game with a slight groin strain, but hopes to play against the Bucks Saturday.

The game started off close until the Celtics took a double-digit lead late in the first quarter and never looked back. The lead was 20 points at the half, ballooned to 30-plus in the third quarter and hit 40 in the fourth quarter. Yes, a 40-point lead.

For the Celtics, Isaiah Thomas had 21 points and eight assists, Jaylen Brown had one of his best games in green with 20 points and eight rebounds and Jae Crowder had 19 points and six rebounds.

For Orlando, potential future Celtic Nikola Vucevic had 14 points and seven rebounds, Aaron Gordon chipped in with 13 points and five rebounds and Elfrid Payton had 12 points, seven assists and five rebounds.
