Lakers fans want 2010 Kobe Bryant and a new coach.

Despite my relentless "Beat LA" chants while sporting my snapback circa '08, the Celtics failed to take down the Lakers for Kobe Bryant's swan song tour stop in Boston. Lakers fans still hate the Celtics and they don't have much love for their own coach either.

1. They were entertained by Kobe’s reception in Boston.
2. They love to talk about Evan Turner and Marcus Smart.
3. They don’t like when Byron Scott folds his arms (or does much of anything, really).
4. They’d like to “turn back time”…to 2010. The Lakers v. Celtics rivalry is still very much alive.

Turner was supposed to be the next Kobe. I can see why. 

Marcus Smart is a really nice player. We can no longer say that Clarkson > Smart (boo).

Byron folded arms close ups annoy me.

Consider firing Scott mid season. But so far the team is playing well unfortunately.

I hate Byron.

Byron is the king of putting guys in position to fail.

The only thing that could make this win better is if Byron is fired mid-postgame press conference.

Turned the game on when I got home. 7 mins left, Lakers leading. My only thoughts... "How are they gonna blow the game THIS time?"

2010 KOBE AND THE RIVALRY
