Marcus Smart out injured (toe) for tonight's game UPDATE: Stevens rolls out new starting lineup
The Celtics look to get back to .500 tonight as they visit the Pacers (1-3) in Indiana. The green will have to do so without the services of starting point guard Marcus Smart:
Marcus Smart (sprained toe) is out tonight for the Celtics.— Adam Himmelsbach (@AdamHimmelsbach) November 4, 2015
Smart is averaging 12.0 points and 3.7 assists per game for the 1-2 Celtics.
Expect Evan Turner to get the start in Smart's absence. With a thin frontcourt, rookies Terry Rozier and R.J. Hunter could see some playing time against a Pacers squad that has dabbled in small ball more this year than years past.
UPDATE:
It looks like coach Brad Stevens is shaking things up:
The Celtics will have three new starters tonight: Isaiah Thomas, Avery Bradley, Jae Crowder, Jared Sullinger, Amir Johnson.
