Rondo being Rondo

As is the case for many Boston fans, Rajon Rondo will always hold a special place in my heart.  So when he posts entertaining stuff on his Instagram account, it can still qualify as blog-worthy material on a slow Celtics news day in September.

Rajon looks like he could take Amir Johnson in one-on-one if they both played while riding PhunkeeDucks:

Rondo also recently shared this photo of himself with Evander Holyfield, in which Rajon appears to be wearing a t-shirt with his own face on it:



I had a vague memory of seeing that shirt once before, and after a few minutes of internet research I discovered Rondo wore that same outfit to a Floyd Mayweather fight in Vegas in May of 2013.  So either he dug up an old photo and just posted it this week, or Rajon has decided that a black blazer over a shirt with his own face is his official attire for all boxing-related situations.
