It's funny how people used to consider the late 70s Celtics the franchise's lean years.  Guess they didn't expect 1994 to 2007 to take place?

Don't forget: the Celtics weren't good in 78 or 79 but they were solid in 1977.  Here they celebrate Jo Jo White's 15 foot jumper from the left baseline, that won Game 1 for them over Philly in the Eastern Conference Semis.  They'd lose that series in 7.
