Celtics hire Amanda Pflugrad as the next Emily Austen-Molly McGrath-Kristine Leahy
Two months ago Emily Austen left Boston to cover the Tampa Bay Rays. Today the Celtics officially hired her replacement:
According to her Twitter profile, Amanda Pflugrad is a former reporter for the SEC and Pac 12 Networks, as well as a one-time Oregon Ducks cheerleader. She also does some modeling for a jewelry company, and worked for the N.Y. Jets last season.
Pflugrad will have the Celtics team reporter torch passed down to her from Austen...
Who got it from Molly McGrath...
Who got it from Kristine Leahy...
