Avery Bradley hints at starting lineup changes, Jared Sullinger probable for Game 4
It looks like the Celtics could be making a change to their starting lineup for a win or go home Game 4:

Brad Stevens, from a treadmill overlooking court, offered this regarding starters: "In all sincerity, I have an idea, but I'm not 100%."

While #Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas wouldn't admit to knowing about any lineup changes, did indicate he has heard nothing of him starting.

The Celtics' frontcourt could also be missing one of its better rebounders, Jared Sullinger. The C's big-man is listed as probable with a bruised tailbone:
Jared Sullinger (bruised tailbone) did not practice today. Listed as probable. Celtics need his rebounding.

Stevens on Sullinger, who's probable for Game 4: "Sully has a bruised tailbone. He was unable to get up and down the court today."

Sullinger is averaging 9.3 points, and grabbing 5.7 rebounds per game in the series, while shooting 57% from the floor.
If Sullinger is a no-go expect a heavy dose of Jonas Jerebko, Gigi Ditome, and maybe even Gerald Wallace.
