Rajon Rondo may sit out season finale
After the Celtics loss in Philadelphia last night, CSNNE's A.Sherrod Blakely sent out this tweet:
#Celtics Rajon Rondo says he "doesn't know yet" if he'll play in the season finale on Wed. vs. #Wizards. #Celticstalk

Rondo fell just shy of a triple-double against the Sixers, finishing with 8 points, 11 rebounds and 14 assists. It would have been his second of the season, after posting 11 points, 11 rebounds and 16 assists on April 4, also in a loss to Philly. He had a near-miss in a victory over the Heat on March 19 as well, with 9 points, 10 rebounds, and 15 assists (an extra bucket in each of these games would have made Rondo just the third Celtic ever to have three or more triple-doubles in at least four seasons, along with Bird, Cousy, and Havlicek).
I think Rondo wants another one before the season ends, and I'm guessing he plays on Wednesday.
