Report: Celtics need to add another coach for Rajon Rondo
From the Boston Globe's Gary Washburn:
NBA source familiar with #celtics say team desperately needs another asst coach who can bond with Rondo, someone he can relate to and trust

For years we heard rumors of Rajon Rondo and Doc Rivers not getting along, but this might indicate the two had a better relationship than most people thought. Or could it mean Rondo misses one of Doc's assistants? Honestly, my guess is this statement is probably a bit exaggerated. To me it seems like exactly what the Celtics should do. The club has an entirely new coaching staff. Their two superstar veteran leaders/big brother figures (Pierce and Garnett) are now gone. In order to help facilitate the process of Rondo stepping up and filling their shoes, it makes perfect sense to have someone there he can trust and look up to.
