Celtics buy 2nd rounder, select Colton Iverson

Boston has just confirmed it got No. 53 from Indiana for cash and will select Colton Iverson from Colorado State.

My guess is that Danny will say the Celtics had Colton Iverson much higher on their board, as he says with every draft pick. Seems like a good enough prospect and if you're just giving up cash (which you just saved a ton on) it's a no brainer to buy another draft pick. Question will be was Iverson the best guy still on the board?
