Video: Jermaine O'Neal goaltends Rockets' missed game-winning shot, then gets trashed on Twitter
With the Houston Rockets-Phoenix Suns game tied at 98 on Tuesday night, James Harden took a three point shot that missed. The announcers thought the game was going into overtime, but upon review, Jermaine O'Neal was called for goaltending. The win helped Houston secure a playoff berth.
This play will probably make this week's Sportscenter Not Top 10. As if it wasn't entertaining enough on it's own, perusing JO's Twitter mentions are pretty interesting:
