KG participates in shootaround

A nice little Easter gift for Celtics fans. Shootarounds aren't strenuous at all, but still a good sign. Personally I'd rather have the Celtics err on the side of caution and give the Big Ticket a few extra game off. If we're going to make any noise at all in the playoffs, we'll need KG to be as close to 100% as possible.
The Celtics will not have Kevin Garnett tonight against the New York Knicks as they expected. The center is, however, closer to returning to the court after missing the past four games with ankle inflammation.
Garnett was expected to participate in the team's shootaround Sunday morning at Madison Square Garden, which is an encouraging sign considering the team wanted to shut him down for two weeks.
"He's gonna do a little bit; he's feeling a lot better," Celtics coach Doc Rivers said. "It's nice having him around. I always like him around."
